Easy Rider® Bourbon
FULL THROTTLE MULE
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Easy Rider Bourbon
½ oz Pineapple Juice
¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz Ginger Beer
Mint Sprigs or Lime Wedge
DIRECTIONS:
Mix Easy Rider Bourbon, pineapple juice and fresh lime juice, and pour into a copper mug filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with mint sprigs or lime wedge.

INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz Forthwest Shiny Apple Whisky
4 oz Cranberry Juice

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Forthwest Spice of Life Whisky
4 oz Cold Brew Coffee
FUZZY GIANT
INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz Forthwest Giant Peach Whisky
4 oz Lemonade

1½ oz Forthwest Whisky
4½ oz Kombucha

Blood and Sand
Ingredients:
¾ oz McCarthy's Oregon Single Malt
¾ oz Sweet Vermouth
¾ oz Clear Creek Cherry Liqueur
¾ oz Fresh Orange Juice
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
Highball
Ingredients:
2 oz McCarthy's Oregon Single Malt
6 oz Soda Water
Directions:
Add McCarthy’s to a highball glass filled with ice. Top with Soda Water.
Smokey Manhattan
Ingredients:
2 oz McCarthy's Oregon Single Malt
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 dash Orange Bitters
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry and/or orange peel.

Oregon Apple
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Sinfire Apple
Fill with Cranberry Juice
Directions:
The best thing you can do with Sinfire Apple other than shoot it.
Peach Spice
Ingredients:
1 part Sinfire
1 part HRD Peach
Fill with Sprite
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in collins glass.
Sin-Cider
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Sinfire
Fill with Cider
Directions:
Pour Sinfire in tall glass fill rest with cider.
Sin Shot
Ingredients:
Straight shot of Sinfire
Directions:
Cold Sinfire poured into Shot glass or small Rocks glass.
Sin-Sparilla
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Vanilla Sinfire
Root Beer in Highball with ice
Directions:
Pour Sinfire Vanilla into a highball glass over ice and fill with Root Beer.
Sinfire Toddy
Ingredients:
2 oz Sinfire
¼ oz Lemon Juice
2 tsp Brown Sugar
Lemon Wheel
Boiling Water to Fill
Directions:
Fill mug with fresh boiling water. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Add lemon wheel and stir. Add lemon juice and Sinfire and stir again.
Vanilla Coffee
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Sinfire Vanilla
Hot Coffee
Directions:
Chilled SinfireVanilla poured into Shot glass or small Rocks glass.
Trail's End® Bourbon
Orchard Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
1 oz Clear Creek Apple Brandy (2 or 8 year)
1 oz Trail's End 8-Year Bourbon
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
¾ oz Simple Syrup
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.
Oregon Gold Rush
Ingredients:
2 oz Trail's End Bourbon
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Honey syrup
Directions:
Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill a shaker with ice, cover, and shake very vigorously to help dissolve honey until the outside of the shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into an old-fashioned or rocks glass with 1 large ice cube or several smaller ones.
