Brandy Cocktails
Choose your Brandy:
Pear Collins
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Pear Brandy
¾ oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Fill with Soda Water
Directions:
Shake brandy, lemon, and simple, strain over ice. Top with soda. Garnish with lemon wedge. Served in a highball.
Pear brandy Sidecar
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Clear Creek Pear Brandy ½ oz Triple Sec
½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Directions:
Shake brandy, lemon juice and simple with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an orange twist.
Pear and Bubbles
Ingredients:
1-1 ½ oz Pear Brandy
Sparkling Wine
Directions:
Pour brandy into champagne flute and fill the rest with sparkling wine.
Yellow Parrot
Ingredients:
1 oz Pear Brandy
1 oz Lucid Absinthe
1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
Directions:
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Apple Brandy Spiced Cider
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz brandy
10 oz spiced cider
1 thyme sprig
Squeezed Lemon Wedge
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters.
Directions:
Pour brandy into 10 oz cup of cider, squeeze lemon juice into cup, add 2 dashes of bitters, garnish with thyme.
Orchard Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
1 oz Clear Creek Apple Brandy (2 or 8 year)
1 oz Trail's End
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
¾ oz Simple Syrup
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cube. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.
NW Star
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Clear Creek Apple Brandy (2 or 8 year),
1 ½ oz Sweet Vermouth,
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
Doug Fir Margarita
Ingredients:
¼ oz Clear Creek Douglas Fir Brandy
1 ½ oz Tequila
1oz Lime juice
½ oz Combier
Directions:
Shake all ingredients, serve with a salt or sugar rimed glass, lime wedge.
Brandy Fix
Ingredients:
2 oz Clear Creek Pot Still Brandy
¾ Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
Directions:
Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker (with no ice), strain into double old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with lemon wedge.
OLD DELICIOUS OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS:
1 sugar cube (or ¼ ounce simple syrup)
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
2 ounces Old Delicious Double Bourbon Barreled Apple Brandy
Orange twist, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
If using sugar, place the sugar cube in the bottom of the glass and add the bitters. Muddle well to blend the sugar and bitters, then add a few drops of water and stir to dissolve the sugar. If using simple syrup, add the syrup and bitters to the glass. Add a large ice cube and the Old Delicious Apple Brandy to the glass and stir well with a bar spoon. Twist the orange peel over the glass, drop in and serve.
