Big Gin® London Dry
Big Gin and Juice
Ingredients:
1½ oz Big Gin
Orange Juice
Grapefruit Juice
Directions:
Pour Big Gin over ice in a rocks glass. Fill the rest of the glass with half orange juice and half grapefruit juice. Garnish with an orange or grapefruit slice.

Directions:
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
West Coast Collins
Ingredients:
2 oz Big Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
¼ oz Clear Creek Cranberry Liqueur
Club Soda
Directions:
Shake Big Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup and strain over ice in a highball glass. Top with club soda and Clear Creek Cranberry Liqueur. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Big Gin® Bourbon Barreled
Barrel Aged Negroni
Ingredients:
1 oz Big Gin Bourbon Barreled
1 oz DeGroff Bitter Aperitivo
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes. Garnish with an orange peel.
Big Gin Bourbon Barreled Toddy
Ingredients:
2 oz Big Gin Bourbon Barreled
¼ oz Lemon Juice
2 tsp Brown Sugar
Lemon Wheel
Boiling Water to fill
Directions:
Fill mug with fresh boiling water. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Add lemon wheel and stir. Add lemon juice and BGBB, and stir again.
Big Gin Mule
Ingredients:
1 ¾ oz Big Gin Bourbon Barreled
1oz ginger beer
¾ oz Lime Juice
1 oz simple syrup
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients into a copper mug (or highball glass) over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Bourbon Barreled Big Gin Old FASHIONED
Ingredients:
2oz Big Gin Bourbon Barreled
2 dashes of bitters
Splash of water
1 sugar cube
Directions:
Muddle the sugar and bitters in a glass, add Gin, water and bitters, stir garnish with a cherry and orange slice.
Big Gin® Peat Barreled
Peat Barreled Toddy
Ingredients:
2 oz Big Gin Peat Barreled
¼ oz Lemon Juice
2 tsp Brown Sugar
Lemon Wheel
Boiling Water to fill
Directions:
Fill mug with fresh boiling water. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Add lemon wheel and stir. Add lemon juice and Big Gin Peat Barreled, and stir again.
Peated Gin Paloma
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Big Gin Peat Barreled
2 oz Grapefruit Juice
¼ oz Simple Syrup
¼ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Club Soda
Directions:
shake gin, sugar and fruit juice, top off with club soda, garnish with grapefruit wedge or wheel.

Cosmonaut
Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
¾ oz Lemon Juice
Bar Spoon
Clear Creek Raspberry Liqueur
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Extra Dry Martini
Ingredients:
3 ½ oz Gin
Small splash of Dry Vermouth.
Directions:
Shake gin over ice in shaker and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
¾ oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass. Top with soda water (1 oz)
Lewis and Clark Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Gin
Tonic
Directions:
Pour gin into a rocks glass over ice, fill with tonic and garnish with a lime wedge.
Juniper G & T
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
½ oz lime juice
5 oz lemon juice
4 oz tonic
Directions:
Stir all ingredients, pour over ice, and garnish with toasted juniper berries, fresh thyme, and a lemon wheel.
NW Vesper
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1 oz Vodka
¼ oz Lillet Blanc
Directions:
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with lemon twist.
